Craft/Vendor Registration

The registration fee is payable online through this form or by cash or check payable to Hopewell Methodist Church. Checks can be mailed to 6200 Courthouse Rd. Chesterfield, VA 23832 or dropped off at the church office Monday-Thursday 9:30a-1:30p. Please note "Craft Fair 2024" in the memo line.

**We are no longer accepting regisrtations for jewelry or candle vendors.**

We ask that all vendors be prepared to set up between 7:00 am and 9:00am. You must move your car to the designated lot after unloading and BEFORE setting up your booth. Please be considerate of other crafters and vendors who need to unload. Please note the below details.

*VENDORS are first come, first served. Any vendor that submits an application for a company that we've already accepted the application and PAYMENT for will be refunded. Refunds for any other reason will not be given.

*The event will be held outside in the church parking lot. Each vendor will be allocated one space, approximately 10x10. Tables cannot be bigger than the space.

*One space will be $30 and two spaces will be $40. This fee will be nonrefundable.

*No electricity will be provided.

*Each space will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

*Tables and chairs will not be provided.

*Site breakdown – not before the conclusion of the event (2:00 pm).

*No yard sale items.

Liability for Personal Injury or Loss
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that Hopewell Methodist Church does not assume responsibility for personal Injury or loss of any kind suffered by users of its facilities.
